Advertising in the digital space in short. Be it an activation or a brand awareness campaign, the people in my team provides both the strategy and implementation. I believe in being accountable in results and my job is only accomplished when the goals are achieved.

Social Media Marketing

I have always been a customer-advocate so it is only natural that I am an evangelist in social media marketing. Consumers’ psyche have not changed. It is the tools of web 2.0 that has empowered the consumers to be publishers themselves. User-generated contents are key influencers to you and me when it comes to a purchase decision. This is why I adopt a ‘Listen-Participate-Engage’ methodology in social media marketing.

Agency Management Consulting

5 solid years in agency management. 24-man team in Singapore and Malaysia. Talent sourcing, team building, managing, motivating, innovating and delivering. That’s what I do for 5 solid years, leading a team of good people to serving good clients like Citibank Singapore, Standard Chartered Bank, CapitaLand, Hitachi, NEC and Health Promotion Board.
